The purpose of this tool is to facilitate the reporting of reasonable suspicion or knowledge that a criminal, unethical or other illegal or impermissible act has been committed, is being committed or is likely to be committed in the public and private sectors, which harms or threatens the public interest for protection of the environment, as well as improving the transparency of submitted reports, that is, their monitoring.

At the same time, Florozon is not a entity that is responsible for reporting according to the Whistleblower Protection Law, therefore it acts as an intermediary to the competent institutions according to the law, i.e. the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption, the Ombudsman and the Public Prosecutor's Office.

By submitting a report through this platform, you do not acquire the status of a whistleblower, but you can choose the degree of confidentiality following the relevant regulations and you can choose whether you want to submit the report completely anonymously, to leave contact data for communication with Florozon, but to maintain anonymity before the competent authorities, or to reveal your identity.

Your personal data will not be published, and the information contained in the application will not be used in a way that will harm the reporting person.

We note that in cases of initiation of proceedings before the competent authorities after a report submitted through this tool, false reporting and unauthorized recording can be prosecuted according to The Criminal Code (Art. 366 and Art. 152).
