Оn 13.07.2020 CED Florozon held the first initiative with representatives  from Citizens Association Motivo and National Roma Center from Kumanovo, both as part of the CSO Coalition.

The purpose of the first initiative of the National CSO Coalition was to promote the mechanism for free legal aid to the citizens of the municipality of Kumanovo, for its application in exercising the right to a healthy environment. In this context, the publications developed within the project Equal Access to Effective Justice were disseminated: Comparative analysis of existing models of legal aid inside and out of the EU and best practices, Short brochure for good practices for access to justice in environmental matters and Guidefor free legal aid use, which provides accurate instructions for free legal aid mechanism use with all the necessary application documents.

Also, the aim was to highlight the problems of the citizens from the rural areas around the municipality of Kumanovo on the issue of access to clean water, but also to hear the challenges faced by the local government in terms of these issues.
