On Wednesday, 8thof July,2020 the project team of CED Florozon, during the implementation of the project “Be responsible for yourself and for our environment during the pandemic" financed by the Government of Republic of North Macedonia, held a meeting with the Public Company Communal Hygiene Skopje, as the most relevant stakeholder in the processes of collecting communalwaste in the capital.
The team of CED Florozon presented the mission and the goal of the organization, as well as the foreseen activities within the project “Be responsible for yourself and for our environment during the pandemic". The necessity of this meeting was the need of future cooperation in the process of implementing the activities related to the potential COVID-19 hazardous waste collection process from the most frequent so-called hotspots.
This sort of activities will have to be facilitated by other stakeholders, such as the largest retail chains and other public communal companies in the country. Therefore, CED Florozon will conduct series of meetings which will result in stronger and significant future joint commitments in order to truly contribute towards impactful changes and raising awareness for proper and safe COVID-19 waste managment.
